For event organizers, Picstar AI makes any event - from private to corporate events and even conferences - stand out with customized AI, and increase your impact! For our partners, Picstar AI can help you take your business to the next level, creating value for your clients.
  • Do you need strong internet for Picstar AI to run?
    AI models typically need a strong internet signal to run quickly, so if there's no internet available it will slow down Picstar AI from running. We advise you to check the internet signal at each event location that you plan on using Picstar AI.
  • Is there a limit to the number of photos I am allowed to take per event?
    Nope - we encourage you to take as many pictures as possible, across all of our plans!
  • How long are my event photos stored for?
    It depends on the plan you've taken. - For Basic plans, you'll have 1 week of storage. - For Pro and Premium plans, you'll have 1 month of storage. You can also request more storage by talking to Sales.
  • Do you provide custom filters?
    Yes we do! On the Pro and Premium plans, we can provide you with custom filters, which are tailor-made just for you. On the Basic plan, you'll have a library of over 150 (and counting!) filters for you to choose from for your events.
  • Will there be more filters and features added?
    Of course. We strive to continuously improve our offering and add more filters and features regularly. Subscribe to our updates to be the first to know when we release new filters and features!
  • How much does Picstar AI cost?
    Picstar AI has a set range of packages, depending on your needs. Learn More. Talk to us for a customized package! Press the 'Talk to Us' button at the top right of the screen.
